Welcome back.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve actually sat down to write a blog post. I’ve done plenty of writing for other things like academic papers but not for myself aside from tweets and emails. But hey, there’s a time for everything.

So why have I started blogging again? Well, I’m taking some time off from school for both myself and my wallet. With the recent economic downturn (which part, you can decide for yourself), money’s gotten short. I was previously attending the University of Illinois but it got a bit expensive. So, instead, I’ve decided to go into the (partially) real world and get a job. I’m now working with a good friend of mine, Victor LopezProphecy1, LLC is the name and web design and consultation for local businesses is the game. This is also in addition to some side work of doing the usual fixing computers and spending free time on the Internet.

In between sites and meetings, I’ll be blogging here. What can you expect? Well, a lot of stuff, I suppose. I’m not going after a particular niche because it seems that a good majority of tech niches have been covered but here’s a summary:

  • Apple (Mac, OS X, iPad, iPhone, reviews)
  • Google (Search, Apps, Plus, Android, reviews)
  • Microsoft (……Windows 8?)
  • Personal opinions like politics, random blurbs and whatnot

So, yes, it’s going to be all over. But isn’t that what a good personal blog is supposed to be about?
